First edition, INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR TO BOB 'BLOCKBUSTERS' HOLNESS: 'To Bob - with all good wishes, Alan Jay Lerner'.

From 1975 to 1985, Bob Holness co-presented a morning radio show on London's LBC, and over the years amassed a large collection of inscribed copies of books plugged by their authors on the show. Alan Jay Lerner [1918-1986] was a three-time Oscar-winning librettist who, in collaboration with Frederick Loewe, wrote My Fair Lady, Gigi and Camelot. Thosee three shows are the subject matter of the book.
