Light wear to top edge of (outsize) wrappers, spine and rear panel a little browned, otherwise a near fine, unopened copy.

First edition, COPY L OF 20 LETTERED COPIES, OF A TOTAL EDITION OF 250 COPIES. THIS COPY SIGNED BY THE TRANSLATOR BUT NOT THE PUBLISHER (AS CALLED FOR).

An unopened copy, with the typo to front panel ('RIGNAULT' for 'RIGNAUT') corrected by hand, with a line through the rogue 'L'. This typo is repeated on the title page (uncorrected here), but the name is printed correctly at the end of the translator's preface.
