[pseud.] MARDAAN, Ataullah

Kama Houri

Paris: Olympia Press, 1956

12mo, pp.181. Original green stiff paper wrappers, lettered in black. Very slight cocking, spine browned, otherwise a near fine, unread copy.

First edition. No.31 in the Traveller's Companion series.

According to the bibliographer of the Olympia Press, Patrick Kearney, 'Ataullah Mardaan' was '[a]llegedly a Pakistani girl living in Paris, married to a Dutch photographer and the daughter of a Pakistani psychiatrist.' Which doesn't help a lot.

A very nice copy, and one of the scarcer Olympia titles.
