First edition. BOOKPLATE SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR TIPPED IN TO FRONT FREE ENDPAPER. (We are aware of a number of copies of this title with this signed bookplate tipped in -- presumably an addition made at a book-signing event).

A very nice copy of a late title by the creator of the Borrowers series.
